Share Savings Secured Loans

Members can borrow up to 100% of their unpledged, unencumbered savings, on deposit with the Credit Union. This loan rate is tied to the existing savings account rate, plus 3.5%. Withdrawals are available from funds in excess of the loan balance.

Share Certificates Secured Loans

Members can borrow up to 100% of their Share Certificate balances on deposit with the Credit Union. This provides quick cash without incurring the severe early withdrawal penalty imposed on certificates.

Should the certificate mature before the loan is repaid, an amount equal to the payoff will be withheld from the principal proceeds and deposited to your regular share account, and held until the loan is satisfied. This loan rate is 1% APR over the certificate rate, or the share secured loan rate, whichever is greater.
